Biography
Dr. Rozanov is a graduate of Lomonosov Moscow State University (Faculty of Global Studies), a PhD specialist in International Relations, a military phychologist, an expert of Global Studies Consortium (USA), a member of the European International Studies Association (Belgium); UNESCO coordinator (France, Paris), a Head of the International Department of Moscow Institute of Public Administration and Law (Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs), a Visiting Lecturer at Wroslaw University (Poland) and Iranian Center for Globalization Studies (Iran). In 2017 Dr. Rozanov has become a Section Chair of the 12th Pan-European Conference on International Relations (Prague, 2018). From 2008-2013 Dr. Rozanov had been working as a senior analyst in the Russian Government and the Russian Commission for UNESCO. In 2014-2016 the specialist had been working as a Deputy Dean for Foreign Affairs in the Faculty of Global Studies at Lomonosov MSU.
Research Interest
His area of scientific interests is an International Security, International Law, Economic and Political Development of the EU, Asia-Pacific Region Development, International Cooperation in Counter-Terrorism. He is an author of more than 60 articles and 6 books.
